Conor Shapiro, a Program Coordinator here at TWC and an alum is looking for your help!

Conor writes: "Every year my father and I take
a trip together abroad. This year, after some inspiration from a Nicholas
Kristof article, we decided to venture into the Dominican Republic. During our
stay we will be bringing baseball (the most popular sport bar none) gloves and
balls to give to impoverished children. If you have any equipment you would
like to donate please send it directly to The Washington Center at 1333 16th Street NW, Washington, DC 20036."
Conor will be blogging
and taking photos (ideally posting them during the trip pending on Internet
access) so you can see who receives your donation.
