Congratulations to TWC Alum, David Trissell '89. David is currently the Chief Counsel at FEMA and will be moving with his family to Brussels to lead FEMA's efforts at the U.S. Mission to the European Union & NATO. David is married to Teresa, also a 1989 alum of TWC. They have three children and currently live in the Northern VA suburbs.
We wish David and his family all the best as they prepare to make the move to Brussels.
